Security and Firewalls
You now have that constantly
connected and fast internet connection via cable internet access or maybe using
DSL. I have SBC DSL myself and love it, I could not do without it.
However, did you know that hackers can get into your computer. In fact,
they have always been able to get into computers that have internet connection,
but with dial up lines you are just connected for a hour or two. Not
enough time to find the computer and break in. Now that the computer is
constantly connected to the internet, hackers can use special software to scan
the internet and locate your computer. Once your computer is found,
